Job summary

PUMA is seeking a Retail Support Analyst to join the Retail Operations team in Melbourne. This on-site role focuses on turning data into actionable insights to improve store performance across Australia and New Zealand.

You will analyse sales and operational data, build dashboards, and partner with Area Managers to drive accountability and outcomes. A strong Excel skillset and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in retail, retail operations or a similar analytical support role.
• Strong understanding of retail store operations and performance metrics.
• Experience analysing data and translating insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, conversion, productivity and operational performance data.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and performance tracking tools.
• Identify key trends, risks and performance gaps.
• Deliver actionable insights that support commercial decision-making.
• Present performance updates and recommendations to retail leadership.
• Support inventory accuracy initiatives and stocktake remediation programs.
• Track the effectiveness of operational improvement initiatives.
