Job summary

GMTS Recruitment seeks a Restoration Technician in Brisbane to join a leading national insurance builder and restoration specialist. You will liaise with clients, respond to water and mould emergencies, and operate restoration equipment to minimize damage.

Ideal candidates have restoration experience, IICRC/RIA certification, and a valid Australian manual driver's license, with a proactive, hands-on approach to emergencies and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Certification in IICRC/RIA restoration disciplines is essential.
• Experience in restoration or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer software applications for reporting and documentation is required.
• A valid Australian manual driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Respond promptly to water and mould damage emergencies in both commercial and residential settings.
