Job summary

Staffpower is seeking an enthusiastic Restoration Technician for their Albury team. The role offers full training, including IICRC certifications, and a hands-on environment with long‑term career potential.

The successful candidate will attend water, fire and mould restoration jobs, perform mitigation and cleaning tasks, and document work electronically via iPad. On-call readiness and a valid licence are required.

• Attending water damage, fire damage, mould and specialised restoration jobs
• Performing mitigation and restoration works such as strip-outs, small-scale demolition, water mitigation, structural drying, and carpet/upholstery cleaning
• Undertaking specialised cleaning and restoration tasks, including dry ice blasting and laser cleaning
• Completing all job documentation electronically via iPad

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in restoration, cleaning or construction (preferred but not essential)
• A strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to perform detailed cleaning (similar to asbestos-style clean-ups)
• Handy, practical skills with some experience using hand tools (advantageous)
