Role Description

The Restoration Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Brisbane, QLD. This role is responsible for assessing and responding to water damage and other restoration needs in residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include performing water extraction and drying, completing mitigation work, handling affected materials, and assisting with remediation related to invasive species as needed. The technician will document work performed, follow safety and industry standards, and communicate clearly with clients, teammates, and supervisors. The role involves working in the field, operating restoration equipment, and supporting the timely and effective completion of restoration projects.
