Job summary

The Royal Sydney Golf Club, located in Rose Bay, invites applications for a full-time Supervisor in the Dining and Bar outlets. You will report to the Restaurant & Bar Manager, maintain service standards, and lead a dynamic team in a private members club known for its premium dining experience.

This role requires flexibility to work weekdays and weekends between 2pm and 11pm, with a focus on delivering outstanding member service and staff development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Supervisor in a 5 Star Hotel or Fine Dining setting.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage up to 10 staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a passion for service.
• Up to date with food & beverage trends and best practices.
• Full working rights in Australia and NSW RSA essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining exceptional service standards and daily operations.
• Oversee operational logistics and staff rostering with management support.
• Lead the team on the floor and train staff as required.
• Provide menu recommendations and support guest service during peak times.
• Address member inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
