Job summary

Vito’s in Sydney CBD is assembling an opening leadership team of experienced hospitality professionals. You will work closely with the General Manager to establish culture, standards and service style from day one, across restaurant management, wine and bar operations.

Roles include Restaurant Management, Assistant Restaurant Management, Venue Sommelier, Bar Management, Maître D, all requiring a hands-on, floor-focused leadership approach and a passion for genuine hospitality.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience within quality, high-volume restaurants or hospitality venues.
• Hands-on leader who genuinely enjoys being on the floor.
• Passionate about hospitality, food, wine and restaurants.
• Confident leading, training and motivating teams.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Calm and decisive in busy service environments.
• Takes ownership and leads by example.
• Genuine, warm and professional with guests and your team.
• Current NSW RSA or ability to obtain prior to commencement.

About the Roles
