Job summary

Cathedral Lodge & Golf Club in Thornton, VIC, Australia, seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and elevate service to members and guests. Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience within restaurant or food and beverage operations, and/or a Diploma-level hospitality qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant and front-of-house operations.
• Lead, supervise and support the restaurant service team.
• Coordinate service to deliver seamless member/guest experiences.
• Maintain presentation, grooming and uniform standards.
• Work with kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

• Ensure RSA, food safety and workplace procedures are followed.
