Nando's Australia Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to join our team as a Patrao, the head of the family. You will inspire your crew, lead by example, and run the restaurant with heat, heart and integrity.

You will manage shifts, uphold safety and quality, drive guest experiences, and develop your people. We offer a competitive base salary plus up to $10k in bonuses, balanced rosters, and ample opportunities for growth within Nando's.

The Boring (but Important) Stuff:

• Applicants must have the right to work in Australia and be 18+ to manage/supervise a restaurant.
• You'll work with all Nando's ingredients and obtain and hold appropriate certification (liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation, as required by applicable local legislation).
