Job summary

Grill’d on the Gold Coast is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team of 20–50 legends, drive engagement and deliver WOW moments for guests and the local community. You’ll own rostering, recruitment, stock and compliance with support from your Area Manager, grow your team through regular check-ins and development plans, and manage profit and loss plus KPIs to keep the restaurant thriving.
