Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team including hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering, and resolving employee issues.
• Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served to high standards.
• Order stock from suppliers and manage inventory.
• Handle admin duties: paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll, policy reviews.
• Prepare and review profit & loss statements, budgets and cost controls.
• Oversee daily and weekly cleaning of production areas and dining room.
• Uphold safety, security, and Workplace Health & Safety standards.
