Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our North Sydney restaurant. You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing the restaurant's P&L and upholding the highest standards of quality and guest service.

You will lead with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment, focusing on driving sales and achieving KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities.
• Proven track record of meeting KPI’s.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
