Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Restaurant Manager for the Jerrabomberra location (Opening Soon!). You will lead daily operations, coach and train the team, and manage the restaurant's P&L to drive results while upholding GYG's standards.

You will foster outstanding customer service, build a high-energy team, and collaborate on sales opportunities with a strong focus on KPI delivery and safe, smooth operations across shifts.

• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities.
