Job summary

Hungry Jack's in New South Wales seeks a Restaurant Manager to drive a guest-obsessed culture in a busy, high-volume setting. You will lead a team, manage performance and safety, and build the brand through thoughtful planning and execution.

You will need to be energetic, able to coach and mentor staff, and available full-time with a flexible mix of days, nights and weekends. Comprehensive training and clear career pathways are provided.

Qualifications

Retail or hospitality experience.

Create a high-performance culture in the restaurant, from P&L to people and guest satisfaction.
Lead from the front, champion change, and motivate the team to contribute to success.
Support Work Safe, Home Safe strategy by curating a safe working environment.
Build the Hungry Jack’s brand through effective business planning.
