Cafe Dolcetto, a busy and well-established café in Yass, NSW, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant/Café Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is confident leading a team, passionate about hospitality, and able to take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the café.

About the Role

As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and leading our café team
• Ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
• Staff scheduling, training and day-to-day people management
• Maintaining high standards of food, coffee and service
• Managing daily café operations
• Stock control and ordering
