Job summary

597 Hawksburn is opening a new restaurant and wine bar in Melbourne, ready to welcome guests in January 2027. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service and driving sales while leading a skilled front-of-house team in a high-end setting.

We seek a hospitality professional with a Diploma and at least two years in a similar role, capable of managing up to 35 staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding the standards of a renowned Melbourne venue offering a 300-strong award-winning

Responsibilities

• Responsible for service and sales.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as restaurant Supervisor.
• Maintain dining room at an acceptable standard.
• Exceed guest expectations.
• Assist Owner with daily and weekly operations.
• Capably lead FOH staff during service.
• Implement and manage a roster of up to 35 staff.
• Closing procedures of the restaurant.

THE ROLE: Manager

• Responsible for service and sales.
• Delivering exceptional customer service when acting in the role of the restaurant's Supervisor.
• Maintaining the dining room to be an acceptable level at all times.
• Maintaining and exceeding guest expectations.
• Assisting the Owner with daily and weekly restaurant operations.
• To capably lead FOH staff members during service.
