Job summary

Bar Evelyn on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to oversee day-to-day operations alongside the owners and management team. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys hospitality, leads with example, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-run venue.

You will manage service flow, roster staff, monitor wage costs, train the team, and use Lightspeed POS to support smooth service.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or senior hospitality roles.

Working alongside the owners and management team, you'll help oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant and support the front-of-house team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys hospitality, likes working with people and takes pride in creating a well-run, welcoming restaurant.
