Arkhé is entering an exciting new chapter, and we’re looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to be part of it.

Located in Adelaide, Arkhé is a restaurant built around great food, exceptional produce, genuine hospitality and a team that cares deeply about what we do. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader who wants to make an impact, develop a high-performing team and help take Arkhé to the next level.

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role across the venue, working closely with the leadership team to drive service, culture, people and performance. You will lead from the front, ensuring every guest receives exceptional hospitality while supporting the team to deliver consistently high standards across every service.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and developing a professional and passionate front-of-house team
• Driving consistently exceptional service standards
• Creating a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture
• Training, coaching and mentoring team members
• Working closely with the kitchen and leadership teams to deliver seamless service
• Maintaining strong operational and commercial standards
• Building genuine relationships with guests and creating memorable experiences
• Managing service flow, reservations and day-to-day restaurant operations
• Supporting stock control, ordering and cost management
• Helping shape Arkhé's next chapter through new ideas, activations and initiatives

About you

• Previous Restaurant Management or senior front-of-house experience
• A strong understanding of premium dining and beverage
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A natural ability to connect with guests and team members
• High standards and strong attention to detail
• The ability to remain calm, organised and positive in a busy environment
• A genuine desire to develop people and build a great team
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of what makes a successful restaurant
• The confidence to lead a team while remaining hands-on during service

$80K+ Super, depending on experience
