Job summary

Peritus Recruitment is seeking a relationship-driven Resourcing Specialist to join a global talent management consultancy on a permanent basis. You will sit at the heart of the contingent recruitment function, acting as the central advisor between hiring managers and a panel of agency recruiters, driving best-practice recruitment and market insights.

You will own the end-to-end process, ensure agencies are well-briefed, manage open positions, review offers and negotiate where appropriate, and

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, gained in an agency or on-site/RPO environment.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels.
• Strategic, prioritised approach to handling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with VMS tools; Fieldglass is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers, agency suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Act as primary contact and account manager for a designated portfolio within the education cluster.
• Consult with hiring managers to provide market information and insights, driving best-practice recruitment solutions.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure partner agencies are well-briefed to source effectively.
• Manage queries related to open positions and negotiate offers when appropriate.
• Drive continuous improvement and engagement with the partner agency network.

In this pivotal role, you will sit at the heart of the contingent recruitment function, acting as the central advisor between hiring managers and a panel of agency recruiters. You will drive recruitment best practice, provide market insights, and ensure the end-to-end process runs with efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers, agency suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact and account manager for a designated portfolio within the education cluster
• Consult with hiring managers to provide market information and insights, driving best practice recruitment solutions
• Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring partner agencies are well-briefed and equipped to source effectively
• Manager all queries related to open positions
• Review offers and conduct negotiations where appropriate
• Drive continuous improvement and engagement with your partner agency network

Essential Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, gained within a recruitment agency or similar onsite/RPO environment
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across multiple levels
• A strategic and logical approach to managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with VMS tools such as Fieldglass will be highly regarded
