Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering revenue, sales or New Work Secured outcomes.
• Established senior client relationships across the Resources Sector.
• Experience in consulting or professional services, leading bids.
• Strong understanding of Resources market trends and regulations.
• Collaborative leader who can influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainable profitable growth – Develop and execute industry strategies that build a strong pipeline, increase pipeline velocity and deliver ambitious New Work Secured outcomes across 12-month and longer horizons.
• Build market influence and executive client relationships – Nurture leadership presence across the Resources sector with senior clients and partners.
• Shape and convert strategic opportunities – Prioritize and lead major pursuits to convert opportunities into revenue and backlog.
• Mobilise Aurecon’s networked business – Lead strategic client portfolios and cross‑disciplinary teams to solve client challenges.
• Lead through influence and collaboration – Inspire teams and align interdependencies to win and deliver at scale.
