Qualifications

• Commercial growth leadership — proven track record delivering revenue or New Work Secured outcomes.
• Senior client relationships across the Resources sector.
• Experience in consulting or professional services, shaping pursuits and major bids.
• Strategic understanding of Resources market trends, value chains and opportunities.
• Collaborative leadership with ability to influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainable profitable growth by developing and executing industry strategies that build a pipeline and deliver NWS outcomes.
• Build market influence and executive client relationships, positioning Aurecon as a Tier 1 partner in Resources.
• Shape and convert strategic opportunities by prioritising pursuits and converting demand into revenue and backlog.
• Mobilise Aurecon’s network to solve complex client challenges through multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead through influence to foster a high‑performing, collaborative culture across the organisation.
