Job summary

Jiniaa Youth Services in Bathurst is seeking a Casual Youth Residential Worker to join our dedicated team. You will support young residents with daily living tasks and personal development in a safe, nurturing environment.

The role requires a Certificate IV in Youth Work or relevant qualifications, a caring and empathetic attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours including sleepovers, weekends and holidays. Training and development are provided to empower youth to reach their goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience/qualification working with youth and a desire to nurture youth to the best of your ability
