Job summary

Mount Isa Mines is seeking a dedicated Manager – Workshop Facilities to lead the Site Services and Mobile Fleet Workshops in Mount Isa. This residential role reports to the General Manager – Metallurgical Operations and will guide supervisors, tradespeople and support personnel to deliver safe, reliable workshop outcomes that support mining operations.

• Experience in senior workshop, maintenance or asset management leadership.
• Experience with mobile or heavy engineering workshops.
• Strong knowledge of workshop maintenance and asset management.

• Uphold safety, accountability and operational excellence across the team.
• Drive housekeeping standards and sustain a culture of continuous improvement.
