Job summary

Brighton Homes is seeking a Project Site Manager for a Toowoomba retirement village project. You will lead trades, ensure safety, manage materials, and keep work within contractual timelines and budgets.

You will oversee on-site teams, liaise with customers and council, and ensure documentation is completed accurately. A strong background in residential multi-unit construction is essential.

Qualifications

• Building Trade Certificate or tertiary education in Construction Management.
• Experience within multi-residential living construction planning.
• Strong project management ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers.
• Knowledge of basic methods, practices, tools, materials and work standards for residential building.
• Ability to identify defects proactively and rectify problems efficiently.
• Outstanding leadership, communication and planning abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing the program for flow of construction for a lifestyle retirement village based in Toowoomba.
• On-site safety-first approach with up to 100 contractors.
• Allocate materials and trades to sites to ensure timely construction.
• Ensure homes align with contractual arrangements and drawings.
• Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Ensure homes are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure construction complies with company Safety Management System and WHS laws.
• Liaise with customers and council to provide excellent service.
• Complete required documentation and paperwork during the building process.
