Qualifications

• 4+ years of senior leadership in Residential Aged Care or similar complex setting.
• Solid knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and regulation.
• Strong financial and operational skills, with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• Full Australian working rights; visa sponsorship not available for these roles.

Role Requirements:

• 4+ years of Senior leadership experience in a Residential Aged Care or a similarly complex care setting
• AHPRA Registration desirable but not always essential
• Solid knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and aged care regulation
• Strong financial and operational skills, with experience managing budgets and meeting KPIs
• A warm, visible leadership style, with excellent stakeholder management capability
• Full Australian working rights (unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for these roles)
