seek.com.au is partnering with leading aged care providers nationwide to hire Residential Services Managers. Opportunities span NSW, VIC, QLD, NT, WA, TAS and SA with relocation assistance and accommodation support to help you settle in.

Roles recognize 4+ years of senior leadership in residential care, strong financial/operational skills, and familiarity with quality standards. Visa sponsorship is not available; working rights in Australia are required.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration desirable but not essential.

Role Requirements:

• 4+ years of Senior leadership experience in a Residential Aged Care or a similarly complex care setting
• AHPRA Registration desirable but not always essential
• Solid knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and aged care regulation
• Strong financial and operational skills, with experience managing budgets and meeting KPIs
• A warm, visible leadership style, with excellent stakeholder management capability
