Whiddon is seeking a Residential Services Manager in Wingham, NSW, to lead a home with a focus on resident wellbeing and staff development. You will oversee operations, drive quality care, and foster a culture where residents feel at home and employees are proud to belong.

The role requires current AHPRA registration as an RN, strong leadership, and a passion for creating a positive workplace. This permanent full-time opportunity is based on the beautiful Mid North Coast of NSW.

THE ESSENTIALS
