Job summary

BlueCare in Arundel, part of UnitingCare Queensland, is seeking a Residential Rostering Officer to coordinate rosters, manage shifts in Kronos, and support payroll readiness for pay sign-off.

This full-time role requires strong verbal and written communication, excellent time management, and payroll administration experience. You will contribute to safe, inclusive care delivery and engage with staff to implement rosters and provide clear updates.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Great time-management skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Experience in service coordination, scheduling or rostering.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills and payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage base rosters in Kronos and ongoing rosters.
• Reallocate shifts, manage planned and unplanned leave and exceptions.
• Communicate updates and inform staff of shift allocations and replacements.
• Ensure payroll reporting is ready for pay sign off.
• Coordinate and resolve enquiries in a high-pressure environment.
