ABC Group in Cairns is seeking a Residential Supervisor to manage a portfolio of building repair projects. You will transition from on-site work to coordinating assessments, trades, budgets and timelines while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Your role focuses on supervising multi-trade sites, coordinating trades and materials, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards. This is a fulltime position in Cairns.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising / project managing multi-trade construction sites.
• Intermediate-level computer literacy; experience with estimating / project management software is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Onsite meetings with clients, assessing, reporting and quoting for repairs and establishing the scope of works.
• Liaising with trades, allocating and scheduling works across the repair portfolio.
• Providing timely updates to insurers, homeowners and internal stakeholders.
• Overseeing trades to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
