Legals 4 Lawyers in Stanmore is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor from NQ to 5 years PQE to join its Residential Property Team. You will handle conveyancing transactions, from inception to completion, for leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, managing your own caseload.

The role offers hybrid working after settling in, a salary of £35,000–£55,000 plus a bonus, and standard holidays. Experience with case management systems is preferred, and the office is conveniently located near

Our niche and well-established client law firm in Stanmore is expanding and is currently looking for a Residential Property Solicitor from NQ-5 yrs pqe to come and join their Residential Property Team.

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will be experienced in the residential conveyance process and will have a good understanding of the transactional procedures from inception to completion and post completion of sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties and someone who is able to manage their own caseload.

Experience of Case Management Systems required.
