• Handle tenant complaints and disputes per tenancy laws.
• Prepare and manage property budgets and provide owner reports.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and building codes.
• Market properties to attract quality tenants and minimise vacancies.
• Maintain detailed records of all documentation and communications.
