The role emphasises working knowledge of PropertyMe, weekly prospecting, and a structured approach within defined systems. Open homes, rent renewals, and maintenance coordination are key duties, with an uncapped commission structure rewarding growth.

Qualifications

• End-to-end property portfolio management experience required.
• Knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Professional presentation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of a property portfolio.
• Professional communication with landlords and tenants.
• Rent arrears management, lease renewals, and rental increases.
• Assist with onboarding new managements when required.
• Maintain accurate records and workflows using PropertyMe.
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Open home attendance on weekdays and Saturdays as required.
• Weekly prospecting activities and follow-up with database/referrals.
