Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in Residential Property Management.
• Current ACT Property Management Registration.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and customer-driven approach.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential property portfolio with professionalism and care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Conduct routine inspections and manage lease renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Manage arrears and ensure timely follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with ACT legislation and internal procedures.
