Woodards Pascoe Vale is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio and deliver exceptional service to clients. The role focuses on end-to-end management, routine inspections, maintenance coordination, and compliance with Victorian legislation.

• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities.
• Reliable, proactive service delivery.

• Current driver’s licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential portfolio end-to-end.
• Coordinate routine inspections and maintenance.
• Liaise with rental providers and renters.
• Handle arrears and lease renewals.
• Coordinate leasing when required.
• Ensure compliance with Victorian legislation.
