Job summary

Skillsfit Recruiter Lab is recruiting a Residential Project Manager for a Sydney-based, prefabricated wall and floor panel system project. The role focuses on the development stage, coordinating with overseas teams and the local management to refine design and installation methods in line with Australian standards.

You will bring your Australian residential construction experience to evaluate the system, develop construction plans, and manage the display project before expanding to multiple

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in Australian residential construction across houses, duplexes or townhouses.
• Strong understanding of how residential projects are designed and built in Australia.
• Familiar with NCC, Australian Standards and WHS requirements.
• Ability to read and review architectural/construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the current display/development project, including programme, budget, quality and site activities.
• Review the building system from an Australian residential construction perspective.
• Collaborate with overseas technical team to improve product design and installation methods.
• Ensure system and processes align with NCC, standards and WHS requirements.
• Develop practical construction plans, installation procedures and quality processes.
