Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT in Forster seeks a Residential Manager to lead Maranoa Centre in Alstonville on the NSW Far North Coast. You will oversee operations, care quality and compliance, while fostering a people-centred culture and strong community relationships.

This role requires proven clinical and operational leadership in a medium to large aged care home, budget oversight, stakeholder engagement and commitment to BaptistCare’s values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' clinical leadership experience.
• 5+ years' operational leadership within aged care or healthcare.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of aged care legislation, quality standards and clinical governance.
• Sound financial and commercial acumen, including budget management and AN-ACC funding.
• Experience leading change, improving quality outcomes, and driving organisational performance.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine commitment to person-centred care and values-based leadership.
