Job summary

Mount Isa Mines is seeking a motivated Injury Management Advisor to join our Health Team within the HSEC Department. This residential role on a Monday to Friday roster – 9 day fortnight – with every second Friday off – offers focused workplace health, injury management and rehabilitation support.

You will provide expert advice to leaders, coordinate early intervention, and help achieve successful return-to-work outcomes while collaborating with medical practitioners and allied health providers.

Qualifications

• Allied Health Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Desirable: Licensed to practice (AHPRA/ESSA) depending on role.
• Experience in injury management and workplace rehabilitation.
• Understanding of Queensland workers' compensation and occupational health.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on health and injury management to operational leaders.
• Coordinate early intervention and return-to-work initiatives.
• Develop rehabilitation programs and recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards.
