Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater Australia is seeking a hands-on HR Advisor for the Mt Lyell Project in Queenstown, TAS. This residential role, with accommodation provided, involves delivering practical HR support across a complex mining operation and partnering with the regional HR team to implement HR activities site-wide.

You will manage onboarding/off-boarding, performance management, and talent development, while aligning HR initiatives with business needs in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience as an intermediate-level HR practitioner in a generalist discipline.
• Experience across employee relations, workforce planning, remuneration & rewards, organisational design, HR data management and analysis, and HR policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Quality assure onboarding and off-boarding processes.
• Support performance management systems with meaningful plans.
• Case-manage under-performance matters with Supervisors.
• Contribute to talent management, succession planning and HR systems implementation.
• Support training, leadership programs, remuneration and data initiatives.
• Lead HR data, systems, and processes for annual position budgeting.
