Ideal candidates have over 5 years of Electrical Fixed Assets experience, hoisting know-how is highly advantageous, and proven leadership of large maintenance teams in

Qualifications

• Trade qualification – Electrician and valid license.
• Over 5 years in mining environments with supervisory responsibilities.
• Hoisting experience and materials handling knowledge are highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and maintain a safe work environment.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing maintenance team.
• Develop weekly work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Mount Isa Mines policies and Glencore standards.
• Oversee budget development and adherence; drive cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to deliver value-added outcomes.
