Job summary

NuTrend Homes is seeking a Residential Draftsperson to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. The successful candidate will coordinate, produce and deliver accurate site plans, sales plans, working drawings, variations and final construction plans with precision.

Strong design thinking and the ability to develop solutions will be highly valued. You will work closely with our sales and estimating department and continually expand knowledge of our products and processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Diploma in Building Design or Drafting preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
• Sunshine Coast based builder; Australian work rights required.
• Excellent work environment with ongoing support.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within a similar role

Salary is dependent on the successful candidate’s experience.
