Global Retail Brands Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Officer for residential construction in South West Sydney. You will manage relationships from contract signing through to handover, coordinating with customers, supervisors, trades and suppliers to ensure a smooth journey and clear updates throughout the build.

The role requires excellent communication, organisational skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within residential construction is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with customers, trades and internal teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to customer issues.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer relationships from contract signing through to settlement and handover.
• Be the primary contact for customer enquiries, concerns and complaints.
• Coordinate variations and ensure documentation is completed on time.
• Prepare construction folders for supervisors when homes are ready to start.
• Liaise with trades and suppliers for compliance documents and occupancy certificates.
• Provide regular updates to customers during the build process.
• Support supervisors and warranty teams with customer requirements.
• Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with general administration and data entry.
