Job summary

Connor is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the residential construction team across South West Sydney. You will manage customer relationships from contract signing through to handover, liaising with trades and internal teams to ensure a smooth building journey.

Ideal candidates have experience in residential construction customer service or administration, excellent communication, and strong organisation to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from contract signing to settlement.
• Handle customer enquiries, concerns and complaints.
• Coordinate documentation and variations within timeframes.
• Prepare construction folders for supervisors.
• Liaise with trades and suppliers for compliance docs.
• Provide regular updates to customers throughout construction.
• Support teams with customer requirements.
• Manage telephone and email enquiries professionally.
