Job summary

Brighton Homes, part of the NEX Building Group, is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of residential projects from the Loganholme location. You will manage contracts, cost flow and liaise with stakeholders across the construction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Experience in contracts administration or similar role.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using BusinessCraft is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare and administer construction contracts and related documents.
• Prepare and submit fortnightly progress claims.
• Process variations, EOTs, RFIs and back charges.
• Raise purchase orders and manage project cost flow.
• Provide administration support to Site Managers and act as first contact for client inquiries.
• Conduct regular site visits and build relationships with subcontractors and project teams.
• Assist with monthly financial reports for the construction management team.
• Manage subcontractor setup, compliance and contractual agreements.
