Qualifications
- Commercial & Property Paralegal with private practice, in-house, or community experience.
- Experience with seller disclosure and subdivisions is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-lodgement and related service platforms.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and progress residential and commercial property documents including contracts and disclosures.
- Assist with subdivisions and related documentation and processes.
- Support electronic conveyancing, e-lodgement, and stamping workflows.
- Manage day-to-day residential and commercial conveyancing files.
- Organise client files, precedents, and matter databases with accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with clients, agents, financiers and other legal professionals.
