Job summary

Dedicated Staffing Solutions in Kingscliff NSW is seeking a Building Certification professional to assess and approve residential building applications and conduct onsite inspections across the Gold Coast and SEQ. You will review compliance with codes and liaise with builders, planners, architects, and homeowners.

The role requires current Building Certification qualifications, strong NCC knowledge, and experience with Certflow or similar software.

Duties:

• Assess and approve residential building applications
• Conduct onsite inspections across the Gold Coast and SEQ
• Review compliance with relevant legislation, codes, and standards
• Liaise with builders, planners, architects, and homeowners
• Deliver practical advice and contribute to team outcomes

Skills & Experience:

• Relevant and current qualification in Building Certification
• Residential certification experience across homes and alterations
• Strong NCC, building codes and standards knowledge
• Certflow or similar experience, plus Microsoft Office proficiency
