Eden Park Community Aged Care in Victoria is seeking a Resident Care and Wellbeing Coordinator to lead the Wellbeing team in delivering engaging and purposeful lifestyle programs for residents. You will create joy and enthusiasm in a loving, caring environment and build strong relationships with residents, families and staff.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience in aged care, a Diversional Therapy qualification or equivalent, CPR/First Aid, NDIS clearance, and strong computer and

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in residential aged care or similar role.
• Diversional Therapy or equivalent qualification or experience as a Manager, Resident Wellbeing Program in an aged care setting.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificates (in house training).
• NDIS Clearance.
• Competent use of computers, email and electronic care planning software.
• Current Drivers Licence.
• DoFoodSafely Certificate.
