Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle and Leisure professional to help create a home residents love, delivering care standards of the highest level. You will build meaningful bonds with residents and their families.

In this role you’ll design engaging programs that support social, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, coordinate activities inside and outside the home, and work closely with the care team to meet residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a genuine passion for residents' well-being.
• Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent) required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with the residents and their families.
• Create exciting programs that reach social, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment
• Coordinate group activities inside and outside of the home
• Set lifestyle goals for the residents and implement programs to help them achieve these
• Work closely with the wider support team in the home to meet residents' needs
