Job summary

Estia Health is seeking caring professionals to help create homes that residents love. You will deliver high-standard care and build strong relationships with residents and families, coordinating activities and implementing lifestyle plans to support social, emotional, and spiritual fulfilment.

You will work as part of a supportive team, driving programs that enhance resident well-being and engagement across multiple homes in Australia.

Qualifications

• Holds a Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent).
• Holds a standard driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with residents and their families.
• Create programs that reach social, emotional, and spiritual fulfilment.
• Coordinate group activities inside and outside the home.
• Set lifestyle goals for residents and implement programs to help them achieve these.
• Work closely with the wider support team in the home to meet residents' needs.
