Job summary

Charingfield is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our 68-bed aged care community in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, delivering person-centred care with a focus on dignity.

You will hold AHPRA registration, have aged care experience, and be available for flexible shifts including nights. This casual role offers competitive remuneration and supportive development opportunities within our award-winning culture.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration required.
• Night shift availability desirable.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in aged care.
• NDIS check or willing to obtain.
• Excellent communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives.
• Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans.
• Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers.
• Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management.
• Liaison with medical and allied health care staff.
• Provision of safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach.
