Job summary

Bolton Clarke Sunset Ridge Residential Aged Care Home in Queensland is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide safe, patient-centred care under the supervision of Registered Nurses. You will assist with assessments, care planning, and monitoring while supporting daily living activities and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Role requires effective communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, residents, and families, aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC

Qualifications

• Qualified nurses preferred; previous experience in residential aged care or healthcare setting is highly regarded.
• Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and ability to apply them through safe, resident-centred care.
• Strong observation skills and ability to implement delegated nursing care.
• Effective verbal and written communication; collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centred nursing care under supervision of Registered Nurses.
• Assist with patient assessments, care planning and monitoring; report changes promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe and well-stocked care environment and equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and families while upholding CQ Health values and standards.
