Qualifications

• Certification as a Cook (Certificate 3 or 4) is required.
• Experience cooking in aged care settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals that meet dietary needs of residents.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen to food safety standards.
• Supervise kitchen assistants when required.
• Assist with stock, menus and waste management.
